Influencer Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Specialist to lead and expand our influencer strategy at & Other Stories. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and positioning our fashion house as a leader in the industry.
As the Influencer Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all influencer marketing efforts to reach brand and business goals. You will develop clear strategies, ensure efficient execution, and maintain high-quality performance in influencer marketing. You will secure channel implementation both globally and locally.
Your responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
- Influencer Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the overall Brand & Marketing goals.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, execution, and post-campaign analysis. Coordinate all contracts, ensuring a transparent way of working with relevant stakeholders (internally and externally) and report globally.
- Influencer Identification & Outreach: Shape and negotiate paid engagements with talent directly or via partners, ensuring optimal brand representation and value. Identify influencers and creators that align with the brand’s aesthetic and values. Build relationships to secure collaborations that resonate with our target audience.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with partners and/or influencers to develop high-quality, on-brand content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conver-sions, and ROI. Present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for influencer campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting campaign objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Report to the PR Manager, while collaborating with the wider Brand and Marketing team, to implement campaigns and partnerships that align with our brand values, ensuring impactful and authentic messaging.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities in the influencer marketing space.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is someone who has high attention to detail, excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills and knows how to get their point across effectively. They thrive while juggling multiple projects and deliverables at the same time, maintaining calm and good judgment. With strong collaboration and organizational skills, they lead their activities with ease and deliver strong results.
- Proven experience 8+ years of experience in social media marketing, with the majority of these within Influencer Marketing (:5+ years).
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in managing the influencer strategy of a large global brand.
- Proven ability to deliver commercial results through influencers.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and trends.
- Established network of influencers and creators within the fashion/beauty/lifestyle indus-tries.
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling campaigns and strategies.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools to measure campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
- Experience working with brands in the fashion, beauty and, or lifestyle industries.
Additional Information
This is a full-time permanent position, starting March 1, 2025 or as soon as possible and is based on-site in our Head Offices in Stockholm.
