Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Customer Success Manager kommer du att ha en bred roll och arbeta med marknadsföring, kundservice och administrativa uppgifter för att säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet. Du kommer att hantera enklare inkommande kundförfrågningar och samarbeta med försäljningsteamet för att utveckla försäljningen och kundnöjdheten.
Vanligt förekommande uppgifter inkluderar:
- Skapa relevant innehåll och material som stödjer försäljningsinsatser.
- Driva marknadsföringskampanjer tillsammans med samarbetspartners såsom nyhetsbrev, nyhetsinlägg, sociala medier, digital annonsering, events, mässor m.m.
- Ge utmärkt kundservice genom telefon och email.
- Hantera kundförfrågningar och problem snabbt och effektivt.
- Identifiera möjligheter till merförsäljning inom befintliga kunder.
- Registrera nya kunder och kundorder i affärssystemet.
- Hantera diverse kundadministration.

Du är van att självständigt planera ditt eget arbete och sätter alltid kvalitén och kundnöjdheten i fokus. Samtidigt som du kan arbeta självständigt är du en lagspelare som arbetar tillsammans med kollegorna för att nå uppsatta mål. Vi söker dig som har:
- Minst 2 års erfarenhet av marknadsföring, kundvård eller inneförsäljning.
- Erfarenhet av att skapa och genomföra marknadsföringskampanjer, inklusive nyhetsbrev, sociala medier och digital annonsering.
- Förmåga att hantera kundförfrågningar och problem snabbt och effektivt.
- Ett tekniskt intresse eller kunnande är viktigt för att kunna förstå och hjälpa kunder med tekniska frågor och lösningar.
- Relevant högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
- Har goda kunskaper i svenska och affärsengelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.
- God vana av att arbeta i affärssystem och office-paketet.
