Customer Solutions Manager for Northern Europe

TN Sweden is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager Nordics to join their team. As a key member of the Bayer Nordic organization, this role will be responsible for ensuring the best possible customer experience and achieving efficient Order-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operations teams and stakeholders on all O2C-related activities.
  • Maintain close partnerships with external customers and internal stakeholders, including Commercial counterparts in Pharma & Consumer Health and relevant platform functions.

This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Order to Cash, Supply Chain Management, and logistics. Strong stakeholder management capabilities and comfort working with all levels of management are essential.

Bayer Nordic operates in multiple countries, including Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, and the Baltic nations. Our region boasts two global R&D and production sites, driving innovation and growth.
