About the role Vi are looking for our client a full-time Logistics Assistant to join their Stockholm-based operations team in a hands-on temporary role. You'll support daily logistics tasks that help deliver life-changing technology to users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys practical work and wants to learn how things work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You’ll step into a dynamic and friendly team where your efforts will truly make a difference. This is a six-month consulting assignment via Wrknest, with possibility of extension Your future responsibilities In this hybrid role, you’ll be involved in many aspects of the logistics workflow, combining practical tasks with simple tech setup. Examples of tasks: - Pack and ship devices and accessories to customers - Set up devices with software and perform basic function checks (training provided) - Receive and organize incoming deliveries - Support the repair team with simple tasks - Maintain a tidy and well-stocked workspace - Assist with other daily logistics operations We are looking for someone who - Has a positive mindset and eagerness to learn' - Is reliable, organized, and enjoys hands-on work - Speaks and understands English - Works well in a team and isn’t afraid to ask questions Meriting qualifications: - Interest in tech or logistics - Comfortable using basic tools and computers - Any experience from school projects, part-time jobs, or volunteering You’re probably early in your career and curious to understand how things work. We value energy and attitude more than formal experience.
