About the role

Now we are looking for a first Line manager in our Welfare Product Services organization in Sweden. In this Unit, we have a team of Domain experts working as Project Managers, Consultants and Product Support Specialists. A manager in our Team is retiring, and now we are looking for a replacement

Your responsibilities

1. Lead a team of highly skilled and motivated people, including people development and recruitment to the team
2. Manage financials for the team, including budgeting and follow-up on the results
3. Contribute to developing a positive atmosphere and working culture, taking the best out of each team-member
4. Work closely with sales, product management, and other stakeholders to plan and carry out our customer activities
5. Be a core part in our leadership network, collaborating with managers to enable and drive needed changes to meet our challenges

We expect you to have

1. Bachelor’s degree or similar
2. Excellent communication skills, and to be fluent in Swedish and English
3. At least 2 years of experience as a manager within IT

It would be great if you also

1. Like to be a driver in digitization and collaborate just as well remote as in-person
2. Have a strong understanding of the municipal market and its decision-making processes
