Om oss
Volvo Group Real Estate stöttar verksamheten med investeringar, byggprojekt, felavhjälpande- och planerat fastighetsunderhåll. Vi är ett globalt team med cirka 300 anställda. Teamet i Eskilstuna tillhör region VCE, tillsammans med Arvika, Braås och Hallsberg och är en del av Division EUN (Europe North Division).

Tjänsten är placerad i Eskilstuna och du kommer att rapportera till Director inom EUN divisionen. I din roll kommer du att arbeta med dina kollegor inom förvaltning och projektledning på Volvo Group Real Estate men även med kollegor på VCE (Volvo Construction Equipment) samt ett nätverk av entreprenörer och konsulter. På Volvo i Eskilstuna pågår för närvarande stora satsningar för att möta framtiden, en spännande resa som du i den här rollen kommer att få vara en del av i stor utsträckning.
Vad du kommer att arbeta med
Som Property Project Manager leder och ansvarar du för ett antal nybyggnads-, tillbyggnads- eller ombyggnadsprojekt. I din roll har du en viktig uppgift i att driva och säkerställa att projekt utförs på ett effektivt, hållbart och tryggt sätt för att säkra projektleverans - från tidiga förstudier till färdigställda projek
Bland dina främsta arbetsuppgifter ingår att:
Leda projekt inom främst bygg/fastighet. Projekten kan bestå av nybyggnadsprojekt, infrastrukturprojekt eller anpassningar av befintliga byggnader och installationer.
Arbeta nära förvaltningen med att ta fram underhållsplaner, planera det långsiktiga underhållsarbetet samt ansvara för de större underhållsinvesteringarna som drivs i projektform.
Arbeta proaktivt med riskhantering och koordinering med verksamhet och andra byggprojekt.
Arbeta nära Volvokoncernens beställar- och inköpsorganisation, för att säkerställa att lagar och arbetsmiljölagar är uppfyllda.
I nära samarbete med den industriella verksamheten bistå med spetskompetens inom ditt kompetensområde.

Kvalifikationer
Civilingenjörsutbildning, högskoleingenjörsutbildning eller motsvarande
Minst 5 års relevant yrkeserfarenhet från liknande roller inom projektledning och fastighetsförvaltning
Du har vana vid att leda, vara beställare och kravställare i om- eller nybyggnadsprojekt när det gäller bygg, VVS, el och andra tekniska installationer. Erfarenhet av industrifastigheter och/eller tekniskt komplicerade installationer är meriterande
Goda kunskaper i AB/ABT, ABK, bevandrad i Plan- och bygglagen samt BBR
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
Goda kunskaper inom Office-paketet, AutoCAD
