As we continue to scale, we are looking to enrich our dedicated team with a Client Success Manager who will ensure our clients thrive using our services.

What you will be doing

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and implementing new clients onto our platform, providing them with the necessary support to navigate their investment queries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating onboarding and implementation processes for new clients.
  • Supporting existing clients with administrative issues concerning their investments.
  • Leading initial meetings with new clients to understand and drive their success.
  • Capturing client requirements during discussions and collaborating with the tech team to address these needs.
  • Assisting both the client and sales teams with analytical tasks.
  • Testing new functionalities within the platform to enhance user experience.

What we are looking for

  • A minimum of a high school diploma and one year of relevant work experience.
  • A problem solver that can take own initiatives to move client experience forward.
  • A passion for tech.
  • A strong interest in the financial market
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills, eagerness to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Desirable

  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the finance sector.
  • Knowledge of private banking, and experience managing significant investor accounts.
