About the Job

As our hiring requirements exceed our current capacity, we are seeking a Technical Interviewer to join our team on a consulting/contract basis and enhance and streamline our candidate evaluation process.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand and align with our hiring requirements to effectively review and optimize our entire hiring process, proposing enhancements where necessary.
  • Enhance the technical assessment process by suggesting appropriate tasks, tools, and automation, tailored to our specific needs and candidate experience objectives.
  • Take charge of designing innovative technical tasks or conversational interview formats, ensuring they align with our goals and are open to different formats.
  • Conduct thorough technical interviews via video calls and code reviews according to your availability, assessing candidates' capabilities effectively.
  • Provide insightful feedback on technical tasks and coding challenges, and offer your expert opinion on our current hiring methods.
  • Uphold a positive candidate experience by delivering constructive feedback and maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring journey.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned senior developer with hands-on expertise in Node.js, including frameworks like Nest.js and/or Express, as well as React.
  • Experienced in conducting technical interviews, assessing technical tasks, and coding challenges, and building technical hiring processes.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills in English, ensuring clear and effective interaction with candidates.
  • Demonstrated commitment to candidate experience, fostering positive interactions and feedback exchanges.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and improvement, with a strong work ethic and dedication to code quality.
