Join the Mindshare team as our new Client Director 

Mindshare is seeking a driven, business- and solution-oriented Client Director who, with great commitment and a holistic approach, leads the daily work in solving our clients' media and marketing challenges. Based on a solid understanding of clients' business and the dynamic media landscape, you will take a comprehensive approach to the operational client assignment and drive the development of media strategic solutions together with the client team. 

To succeed in the role of Client Director, you need to have a broad understanding of the media landscape and ecosystem within all media types, and the synergies between them. You have a good ability to see the big picture as well as the details in what you and the client team are expected to deliver, recognizing the importance of both, for improved client satisfaction and business growth.

  What experience are we looking for?  

  • You have a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in media strategic work, either from the agency, media, or client side. 
  • You are well-versed in media and marketing and have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, but also have experience in other media types and the synergies between them. 
  • You are accustomed to driving and developing assignments independently and bringing the workgroup along in what you do. 
  • You are a good presenter with high social competence and excellent communication skills. 

It is also advantageous if you have a background in business development, project management or media planning and have an economics degree or equivalent from a university/college.
