Your mission
  • Order management and cross-functional collaboration 
    • Be the focal point of processing purchase orders when deals are completed. Make sure the order details are aligned between the sales documents and CRM system, and send order confirmation to relevant parties internally and externally. 
    • Be the contact point for cross-functional conversations between sales and other key stakeholders (marketing, product specialists, finance, etc.) when it’s deal relevant.
    • Support customer onboarding by completing sales-to-production processes
  • CRM system data quality control
    • Monitoring day-to-day CRM system sales data input quality 
    • Assisting sales to have a smooth user experience when using the system. 
  • Data analysis and reporting 
    • Together with Sales Operations Specialist, build and maintain reports for an accurate sales forecast and sales performance tracking
    • Analyze sales-related data to identify sales activities efficiency, customer/partner behavior trends and so on.
  • Ad Hoc support 
    • Offer ad hoc support to the sales team on various operational and administrative tasks. 
    • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to sales operations. 
Your profile
  • Education:  A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business-related subjects is required
  • Experience:  Preferably, candidates should have experience in similar roles and familiarity with modern CRM systems. 
  • Attributes: 
    • Highly responsible and detail oriented.
    • Sensitivity to data integrity and confidentiality.
    • Self-starter who can work independently with minimum supervision.
    • Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Preferred Background: Previous experience in finance and B2B sales teams would be advantageous.
  • Language: Swedish or German speaker with fluency in both written and spoken English.
