About You:

  • You have a few years of experience working with customers in a commercial and/or account manager role. This can be during studies.
  • You are a highly ambitious independent individual that enjoys doing great work without someone necessarily needing to tell you every time that you did good.
  • You have a university degree, or at least 5 years of full time work experience in business serving large enterprise customers.
  • Preferably you've worked with or for B2B software companies before, and as such you have deep understanding of the customer-provider relationship dynamic.
  • You are an openminded, kindhearted and energetic human with great compassion for your customers and peers.
  • You are based in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area, as we need to be able to work together often.
  • You can be a recent graduate and you are likely aiming to start your own company in the future.

What You'll Do:

  • Acquire and onboard new customers at scale.
  • Build pipeline continuously by active outreach to prospect customers.
  • Grow product usage and billing of existing customers already using our products and services in close collaboration with other team members.
  • Develop our commercial methodologies as we grow the business to become incrementally productive.
  • Drive projects to develop the way we do business across the whole company.
  • Work closely together with the founders and especially the CEO to set, execute and iterate on growth strategies.
  • Support customers to solve problems related to Scratx products and services.
  • Train existing customers in leveraging our products in meetings on request, round table gatherings, webinars and presentations at events.
