Your Role: Making a Difference

As our Business Development Manager focusing on the iGaming industry across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, you will play a crucial role far beyond the traditional realms of sales. While your primary goal will not involve conducting recruitment, your deep understanding of Hireoo's core values is essential in expanding our client base and influencing the recruitment landscape. Your responsibilities will highlight our commitment to:

Your role as a Business Development Manager is to embody and promote Hireoo's values in every aspect of your work, setting the stage for continued growth, ethical engagement, and innovation within the recruitment sector. 

Location : Hybrid / Remote 

Responsibilities:

As Business Development Manager , your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Promote Hireoo's services, emphasising our personalised approach, respect, fairness, and ethical standards.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, presenting our unique value proposition.
  • Take ownership of annual sales targets within your designated territory and accounts, ensuring attainment and exceeding set objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and objectives.
  • Articulate and communicate the value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations, ensuring clients understand the unique benefits of our offerings.
  • Stay attuned to category-specific landscapes and trends, providing valuable insights into customer behaviour and preferences.
  • Draft and manage sales contracts, upholding the highest standards of legality and professionalism.
  • Manage both an existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline according to targets.
  • Participate in international trade fairs.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in business development, ideally in recruitment or the iGaming industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, willing to embrace new technologies and approaches.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
