About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you will work hand-in-hand with your Account Executives, further conquering the US market. You will get to showcase your combination of commercial and technical acumen, being the beacon of truth through the sales cycle, acting as the product expert. Examples of your day-to-day are performing product demos, translating (technical) jargon into business language, and aligning commercial needs with technical innovation

We work with enterprise clients, and as such you can expect to play a crucial part of a complex sales cycle (average of 6+ months), where you will strategize with your team, foster relationships, and play the long game.

You'll be joining our global sales organization, with a full focus on the US market. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Sales, Fabian Schaeffer. The sales team is spread across the US and EU, but there are plenty of opportunities for the entire team to meet with the in-person events held throughout the year.

What We Expect

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical/client-facing role in a SaaS business (e.g. Presales, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business)
  • Native-level fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
  • An inquisitive, commercial mindset with a technical leaning
