Arbetsbeskrivning

Detta är ett tillfälligt uppdrag som sträcker sig över cirka 8 månader och börjar så snart som möjligt. Som Financial Accountant är ditt huvudsakliga ansvar att erbjuda finansiellt stöd till funktionen, inklusive olika aspekter av bokföring och finansiell rapportering på daglig, månatlig, kvartalsvis och årlig basis. Du kommer att rapportera till Head of Financial Control.

Arbetsuppgifter inkluderar men är inte begränsade till:

  • Kvartalsvisa finansiella kontroller från huvudkontoret inklusive BS och olika systemkonsolideringar
  • Stödja revisionsprocessen.
  • Månadsvis uppföljning av olika GL-konton och kostnadscentra.
  • Kreditförluster.
  • Avskrivningar.
  • Månadsvis kassaflödesförberedelse.
  • Ad hoc-aktiviteter som normalt kan förekomma i en ekonomiavdelning.
Din profil

Du tillför värde till vår kund genom din erfarenhet av liknande roller och uppdrag. Din höga självmotivation och analytiska tankesätt är avgörande för att driva resultat. Dessutom är din nyfikenhet och intresse för att förbättra och utveckla processer mycket fördelaktiga. Vi tror att din erfarenhet av interims/konsultrollen har rustat dig med förmågan att anpassa dig till företagets dynamik på ett effektivt sätt.

Färdighet i SAP ERP-systemet och goda Excel-färdigheter är väsentliga verktyg för att lyckas i denna roll. Dessutom är din starka organisationsförmåga, prioriteringsförmåga och flytande kommunikation på både svenska och engelska viktiga egenskaper vi letar efter.

Sammanfattningsvis söker vi en kandidat som inte bara besitter de nödvändiga tekniska färdigheterna utan också uppvisar en proaktiv inställning till problemlösning och ett engagemang för kontinuerlig förbättring.
