The role:

As Head of Marketing, you will own and do the marketing and communication work at AirForestry. You will work closely with the Executive Chairman, CEO, Chief Commercial Officer and Recruitment lead, to achieve these main goals in 2024-2025: Recruit 15 excellent engineers, build a massive orderbook and strong customer pipeline for scaling, and execute an excellent next financing round.

You will set the Marketing strategy and independently drive results. Your day-to-day activities vary from hands on work, such as supporting the CRM-processes, creating content, and coordination of external events with industry leaders in forestry and climate, to setting long term strategies together with the Leadership Team.

Some of the responsibilities included in the role:

  • Driving growth for Recruitment, Sales and Investor Relations.
  • Ensuring our marketing channels and website are frequently updated with our latest news, including both graphic content and copy.
  • Working together with People Operations in creating good Employer Branding strategies.
  • Owning and Executing on the Marketing and Communications Strategy and Plan - with support from the Leadership Team.
  • Keeping a close relationship and collaboration with our external marketing consultants.
  • Supporting the CCO on a daily basis, such as CRM and LinkedIn administration and other sale activities.

About you:

  • A self-sufficient doer passionate about making top quality content and copy.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial/start-up environment - with a data driven perspective.
  • Experience working with AI tools.
  • Solid experience with organic driven marketing.
  • Previous experience working with long term strategies and best practices regarding marketing, growth and communication.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of forestry.
  • Previous experience working in a deep tech organization.
