Key responsibilities.

As the Head of Project Development, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification of potential landowners and exploitable land, focusing on high-quality and feasible projects
  • Build and lead a team, establishing structures for efficient project execution
  • Construct and evaluate the teamwork, comprehend the business, and create structures for effective project progression
  • Establish conditions for the company’s long-term growth
  • Prioritize and make strategic decisions for the most effective outcome

 

Experience.

We are seeking candidates with approximately 5-7 years of experience in land and project development, preferably within the solar/wind/renewables sector. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Understanding of landowners, county administrative boards, permitting processes, grid operators, and internal processes
  • Experience in complex project management and infrastructure
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in personnel-intensive groups

  • Understanding of renewable energy and the green transition
  • Excellent Swedish and English communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Understanding of renewable energy and the green transition, possibly from working in energy sourcing, procurement, or energy agreement management
  • Academic background with a strong understanding of the energy industry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team extensive business over time, with a large individual responsibility. You will be responsible for developing extensive internal collaboration, with direct responsibility for a large team. Your leadership potential will be instrumental in fostering collaboration between different departments within the organization. Your role will be responsible key for the business and team’s growth and our commercial success as we expand in the market.
