The Director, Global Commercial Excellence & Revenue Operations will report to the CFO, and the position could be based in Malmö or Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end commercial business processes, from lead generation to revenue recognition (Commercial Excellence).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless operations and data flow (Commercial Excellence).
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of revenue-related software tools and systems (Commercial Excellence).
  • Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement improvements (Commercial Excellence).
  • Support the development of pricing and packaging strategies (Commercial Excellence).
  • Manage and maintain the accuracy of sales forecasts, pipeline data, and financial reports (Revenue Operations).
  • Analyze and report on key revenue metrics, providing insights to improve performance and decision-making (Revenue Operations).
  • Oversee sales territory and compensation plans to drive alignment with revenue objectives (Revenue Operations).
  • Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and regulatory requirements (Revenue Operations).
  • Lead a team of revenue operations professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with SaaS revenue models, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Experience with CRM and revenue management systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zuora).
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606/IFRS 15) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven, with a commitment to achieving revenue and growth targets.
