I rollen som IT Support Manager blir du en nyckelspelare i företagets kärnverksamhet. Genom att säkerställa högkvalitativ service och att driva teamets utveckling, bidrar du direkt till företagets tillväxt och långsiktiga framgång

Arbetsuppgifter

Som IT Support Manager leder och utvecklar du ett växande team på tolv medarbetare som ansvarar för teknisk support till Norteams kunder. Du har en nyckelroll i att säkerställa hög kvalitet på tjänsterna, samtidigt som du ständigt arbetar med att förbättra processer och upprätthålla kundnöjdhet.

I denna roll ingår främst strategiskt och viss del operativt arbete, där du kontinuerligt analyserar och förbättrar interna processer för incident- och problemhantering, samtidigt som du motiverar och utvecklar dina medarbetare genom regelbundna samtal och utbildningsinsatser. Du förväntas rapportera regelbundet om teamets prestation och identifiera förbättringsområden baserat på analyser av KPI och kundfeedback. Vidare förväntas du att vara ansiktet utåt vid en del kundkontakt under exempelvis månadsmöten, incidentrapportering och uppstartsmöten.


• Leda supportteamet: Ansvara för teamets dagliga drift och utveckling, inklusive rekrytering, medarbetarsamtal och kompetensutveckling. Säkerställa att teamet levererar högkvalitativ support enligt överenskomna servicenivåer (SLA) och kundernas förväntningar.


• Processoptimering: Implementera och förbättra processer för att optimera incidenthantering, problemlösning och förändringsarbete.


• Rapportering och analys: Följa upp och analysera teamets prestationer genom KPI och SLA för att kontinuerligt förbättra vår service.


• Strategisk utveckling: Samverka med ledningsgruppen för att identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och säkerställa att tjänsterna är i linje med företagets övergripande mål.

Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper


•Erfarenhet av en ledarroll inom IT-support och redo att ta nästa steg med personalansvar.


• Goda ledaregenskaper, med förmåga att skapa starka teamrelationer.


• Erfarenhet av att arbeta med kundfokuserade IT-tjänster och att leverera högkvalitativ service.


• Gedigen erfarenhet av att skapa processer, dokumentation och sätta upp KPI:er.


• Erfarenhet av att arbeta med ITIL-processer är meriterande.
