Technical Service Manager(A231694)

-Oversee technical operations of Xiaomi's after-sales service centers across the five Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Iceland);
-Manage after-sales technical service operations in the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and Bulgaria;
-Handle product-related customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and technical support;
-Provide technical training to service center repair teams to maintain high service quality;
-Assist service centers with troubleshooting and resolving complex repair issues;
-Analyze product performance after launch, including failure rate and key repair indicators;
-Optimize repair processes to improve efficiency and reduce service costs;
-Monitor and enhance service quality by identifying areas for technical improvement;
-Ensure compliance with Xiaomi's service policies and local regulations;
-Travel in the Nordic region based on business requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
-Proven experience in after-sales technical service, preferably in consumer electronics or mobile devices;
-Strong analytical skills for failure rate analysis, repair quality assessment, and service optimization;
-Experience in training service center technicians and managing technical support operations;
-Familiarity with repair processes, spare parts management, and cost optimization strategies;
-Fluent English is required; proficiency in Swedish or other Nordic/Baltic languages is a strong advantage;
-Willingness to travel in the Nordic region based on business requirements;
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
-Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
