Olivier Dussutour, our CEO, is seeking a Security and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Manager to uphold top standards of security, safety, and quality frameworks.

What you'll do at Nexus

As a Security and SHEQ Manager, you will be the key figure overseeing comprehensive security programs across the Nordics and Germany, with a primary focus on general security and safety. A special focus will be on physical security and business continuity. You will also act as the Chief of security in tenders and in client interactions. You will develop and implement strategies to protect assets, facilities, and personnel, while also managing SHEQ systems to promote a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Responsibilities include
  • Develop and implement comprehensive physical security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard facilities, personnel, and assets.
  • Work closely with our corporate information security team to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity and physical security measures for a unified security approach.
  • Lead and conduct risk assessments for both physical security and SHEQ aspects; develop and execute effective mitigation strategies.
  • Manage security personnel and coordinate with facilities management to maintain secure environments across locations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust SHEQ management systems in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals and liaison with group counterparts to cascade group policy.
  • Lead incident investigations related to security breaches and SHEQ incidents; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for SHEQ initiatives; report on performance to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, environmental sustainability, and overall quality standards organization-wide.

Qualifications
  • You possess a relevant academic degree.
  • You are experienced in the Security field.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and proficient in English.
  • You are experienced with ISO 9001.
Preferred Qualifications
  • You are experienced in Tech and infrastructure.
  • You are familiar with ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and TISAX.
  • You are experienced in SOA classification.
