We are now looking for Digital Product Leaders to our Product & Data team, at IMC IKEA Marketing & Communication Team in Älmhult. Do you want to join us?
Job DescriptionAs a Digital Product Leader, you will have the chance to lead the development of our digital products, from ideation to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital products are successfully developed, launched, and meet user needs. This role requires a combination of business understanding as well as a technical understanding; you are eager to learn and have a solution-minded attitude. There will be positions available in the areas of 3D. We're seeking candidates who bring a mix of experience.
Your Responsibilities:- Create and share a product roadmap & backlog (build, edit and maintain) and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback and business needs.
- Strong ability to communicate and create trustful relationships in collaborative processes developing ideas into concrete product features and new business potential.
- Lead and empower cross-functional teams to successful launch and adoption of the product.
- Analyze and share product performance and use data to make informed decisions for future product development.
- Passionate about technology and trends that create better solutions and bring business and user value.
- Ability to handle complexity and solve problems through simplicity.
- High entrepreneurial drive: Stretching boundaries, challenging what already exists, always striving to develop a better digital landscape.
We believe you are passionate about technology and business, with a mix of strategic mindset to turn trends and requirements into practical solutions. As a Digital Product Leader, you will be responsible for representing and advocating for the needs and voices of both stakeholders and users.
We also believe you have:
- Knowledge and experience leading digital products and connected ways of working.
- Experience and interest in new technologies for digital marketing and content production technologies such as 3D and GenAI.
- Master's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent work experience in a comparable position (digital marketing a plus).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product way of working.
- Ability to balance technical requirements with user needs and business priorities.
- Knowledge of product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, knowledge of change management, work collaboratively, and a creative problem solver.
- Strong business insight with a strategic and commercial mindset.
- Knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms.
You enjoy working in a rapidly changing yet nourishing creative environment and you are passionate about creating great user value and innovations in the digital landscape. You get inspiration from how technology and trends create better solutions and business/user value.
