We are now looking for Digital Product Leaders to our Product & Data team at IMC IKEA Marketing & Communication Team in Älmhult. Do you want to join us?

Job Description

As a Digital Product Leader, you will have the chance to lead the development of our digital products, from ideation to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital products are successfully developed, launched, and meet user needs. This role requires a combination of business understanding as well as a technical understanding; you are eager to learn and have a solution-minded attitude. There will be positions as digital product leaders available in the areas of 3D. We're seeking candidates who bring a mix of experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and share a product roadmap & backlog (build, edit and maintain) and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback and business needs.
  • Strong ability to communicate and create trustful relationships in collaborative processes developing ideas into concrete product features and new business potential.
  • Lead and empower cross-functional teams to successful launch and adoption of the product.
  • Analyze and share product performance and use data to make informed decisions for future product development.
  • Be passionate about technology and trends that create better solutions and bring business and user value.
  • Handle complexity and solve problems through simplicity.
  • Exhibit high entrepreneurial drive: Stretching boundaries, challenging what already exists, and always striving to develop a better digital landscape.
Qualifications

We believe you are passionate about technology and business, with a mix of strategic mindset to turn trends and requirements into practical solutions. As a digital product leader, you will be responsible for representing and advocating for the needs and voices of both stakeholders and users.

We also believe you have:
  • Knowledge and experience leading digital products and connected ways of working.
  • Experience and interest in new technologies for digital marketing and content production technologies such as 3D and GenAI.
  • Master's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent work experience in a comparable position (digital marketing a plus).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product way of working.
  • Ability to balance technical requirements with user needs and business priorities.
  • Knowledge of product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, knowledge of change management, work collaboratively, and be a creative problem solver.
  • Strong business insight with a strategic and commercial mindset.
  • Knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms.
