As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role within our Sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. Your primary responsibilities will include driving new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and educating them about our services. Additionally, you will foster long-term partnerships by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored influencer marketing solutions.

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to the table. The ideal candidate is a team player with the ability to work effectively both independently and alongside others.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Build and manage an active sales pipeline to consistently close new business at or above quota level within your territory.
  2. Proactively prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain our client list.
  3. Handle initial calls with qualified leads to determine if Relatable is a good fit for the client's needs and close deals.
  4. Understand a company's marketing goals/KPIs and advise them on how to build a successful influencer marketing program.
  5. Create strategies and pitch decks (with support from the Creative Team).
  6. Establish a strong relationship with potential clients and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  7. Identify emerging markets and industry trends while staying aware of new products in the competitive landscape.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Worked in sales +3 years.
  2. Knowledge and understanding of emerging social media channels like TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube.
  3. Fluent in both English and Swedish.
  4. Good to have: 2+ years of experience in the Influencer marketing industry.
  5. Demonstrated successful results in a similar B2B position.
  6. Digital media is a natural part of your life.
  7. Understanding of how to grow the Influencer Marketing business and package a competitive offer to the market.
