Vi söker en driven Service Delivery Manager som vill utveckla våra kunders IT-leveranser utifrån kundernas olika förväntningar. Ditt ansvar kommer vara att säkerställa en kvalitativ kundleverans samt att utveckla våra kunder framåt på den konstanta IT-resan I denna roll säkerställer du att kundens verksamhets- och IT-behov identifieras, hanteras och utvecklas.

Som Service Delivery Manager ansvarar du för att kundens verksamhets- och IT-behov identifieras och möts i tid. Du driver utveckling genom att lyfta leveransen och kunden till nästa nivå, identifiera förbättringsförslag och initiera nya projekt. Som länk mellan olika grupper, både inom och utanför leveransorganisationen, säkerställer du att vi når våra mål och KPI:er.

Du har en nyckelroll i dialogen med kunden och ansvarar för att bygga och underhålla en stark relation med beställaren. Genom regelbundna, proaktiva möten driver du samarbetet framåt, säkerställer en strukturerad uppföljning och dokumenterar beslutsunderlag.

Utöver kundansvaret arbetar du aktivt med bolagsutveckling. Du granskar och godkänner förändringar enligt Change-processen, identifierar förbättringsområden i leveransorganisationens processer och rutiner samt koordinerar framtagandet av förvaltningsplaner och IT RoadMaps.

Kvalifikationer

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av en liknande roll, t.ex. Service Delivery Manager, IT-projektledare eller IT-försäljning
  • Stark kommunikationsförmåga och erfarenhet av att hantera kunddialoger
  • Erfarenhet av att koppla samman verksamhetsbehov med IT-lösningar
  • Vana av att driva förändring och förbättra processer
  • Arbetslivserfarenhet inom IT-förvaltning
  • Flytande svenska i tal och skrift
  • Goda kunskaper i engelska i tal och skrift

  • Kommunikativ och relationsskapande
  • Lösningsorienterad med en stark servicekänsla
  • Trygg i sin erfarenhet och vågar ta initiativ
  • Strukturerad och skicklig på att hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av ITIL eller liknande ramverk
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i en komplex IT-miljö
  • Teknisk bakgrund inom IT
