Tietoevry Care Data Driven Care – business/product organization

Data Driven Care is a newly founded growth-driving business unit of Tietoevry Care, focusing on software products that connect care and turn care data into actionable insights. Our data and AI-driven solutions address critical business challenges by offering the tools needed to unlock deeper insights from growing data volumes. The Data Driven Care portfolio includes Lifecare Data Platform, Lifecare Open Platform, and Lifecare Resource Optimization.

About the role as Delivery Lead

You will have a key role in the Data Driven Care business, with overall responsibility for all implementation projects in Sweden, ensuring customer satisfaction, contract fulfilment, while achieving financial targets.

Among your focus responsibilities and activities are:

1. Ensuring customer satisfaction, contract fulfilment, and achieving financial targets for all implementation projects within the Data Driven Care product portfolio in Sweden.
2. Develop Evolve, our implementation project capabilities in Sweden to continuously improve performance in terms of customer satisfaction, contract fulfilment, and financial performance.
3. Expand our implementation and delivery capabilities and team in the Swedish market in line with our business growth.
4. For key projects, act as the project manager and, for projects with dedicated project managers, act as project owner to ensure agreed results in the implementation project.
5. Leadership, coaching, and development of all Project Managers of Data Driven Care implementation projects in Sweden.
6. Utilize global and local capacity, partner ecosystems, and subcontractors to optimize profitability and ensure top quality of the delivery.
7. Ensure the right guidance for the customer and be seen as a trusted advisor and partner.
8. Understand and identify customers' present and future needs and feedback to sales and product management.
9. Identification of organic growth opportunities within the portfolio, and work with Customer Client Directors to progress and execute such opportunities.

Ideally you possess the following competences and abilities:

1. Experience from leading large and complex value-driven sales and deliveries in software, IT systems, and projects.
2. Strong experience and knowledge about best-in-class implementation methodology from leading consulting firms or corresponding experience.
3. Clearly takes the role as strategic advisor and peer to C-level executives.
4. Strong presenter and creator of complex value propositions orally and in writing.
5. Proficient oral and written communication skills and effective stakeholder management skills.
6. Fluent in spoken and written Swedish, and proficient in business English.

It would be great if you also had experience from one or more of the following areas:

1. Business development or strategic IT position at large healthcare providers or municipalities within the Social Care area.
2. Delivery experience from suppliers of complex digital solutions and software to Health and/or Social Care.
3. Senior management consulting experience for the healthcare market.
4. Experience within relevant firms and to relevant customers providing a good base for our business.
