Som Product Owner - with UX background (B2B SaaS) kommer du att lägga ungefär 80 % av din tid på operativ produktledning och 20 % på UX-design på hög nivå. Du rapporterar till vår CPTO, Olivia, och samarbetar tätt med vårt tech-team. Tjänsten kan vara deltid eller heltid (30–40 timmar). Även om vi har vårt huvudkontor i Wien, bor vår CPTO, Olivia, i Stockholm, och du kommer att arbeta nära henne. Av juridiska skäl måste din huvudsakliga bostadsort vara i Sverige och du behöver ha ett giltigt arbetstillstånd.

  • Lön – 540-700K SEK/år brutto, inklusive potentiella aktier andelar (VSOP – vanligtvis runt 5–15 %). Detta är vår budget, men vi kan anpassa oss beroende på din erfarenhet och profil.

I den här rollen kommer du att:

  • Samla in feedback från interna intressenter, kunder och potentiella kunder för att definiera dina initiativ
  • Agera som en Agile Product Owner och leda backlog refinement och sprintplanering
  • Övervaka utvecklingen, undanröja hinder och rapportera status för dina roadmap-initiativ
  • Samarbeta nära med din Tech Lead och utvecklare för att säkerställa genomförbarhet och snabb leverans
  • Delta i konkurrentanalyser och användarundersökningar för att förstå våra kunders behov och beteenden
  • Skapa mockups och utföra UX-arbete på hög nivå för dina initiativ
  • Dokumentera funktioner och utbilda interna användare i hur de används
  • Mäta och rapportera hur nya funktioner används

Du passar för rollen eftersom:

  • Du har minst 2 års erfarenhet av UX-design / produktdesign för B2B SaaS-produkter, helst med inriktning på hållbarhet eller leveranskedja lösningar
  • Du har redan arbetat som Product Owner eller är certifierad Product Owner, alternativt har du jobbat nära en Product Owner
  • Du kan göra mockups i Figma
  • Du kan översätta affärsbehov till tekniska specifikationer och användarfall
  • Du är bekant med agila metoder och hur de tillämpas i en dynamisk miljö
  • Du vet hur man främjar konstruktiva diskussioner och fattar datadrivna beslut
  • Du är samarbetsvillig, stöttande och van att arbeta i distribuerade team
  • Du behärskar engelska flytande. Svenska behövs inte.
