Vad en Product Owner gör hos oss
Som Product Owner (PO) hos oss har du en central roll i att omsätta vår affärsstrategi och våra produktvisioner till verklighet. Du arbetar nära våra Business Owners (BO) för att säkerställa att vi utvecklar rätt lösningar, alltid med användarens behov och företagets mål i fokus.

Rollen innebär varierande arbetsuppgifter – från att prioritera produktbackloggen och leda teamets arbete till att analysera data och identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter. Tillsammans med ditt team bidrar du till att bygga en produkt som kombinerar innovation, stabilitet och kostnadseffektivitet.

Vi söker nu Product Owner till både Stockholm och Östersund

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden inkluderar:

  • Driva och prioritera produktbackloggen, inklusive insamling, kvalitetssäkring av krav och arbete med ständiga förbättringar.
  • Samarbeta med Business Owners för att förstå mål och lägga till nya krav i backloggen med kontinuerlig prioritering.
  • Tillsammans med teamet och intressenter bryta ner initiativ till tydliga krav och leverera i linje med strategiska mål.
  • Säkerställa att teamets arbete och tekniska beslut stöder produktens vision och företagets affärsstrategi.
  • Bidra till effektiva arbetssätt för kortare time-to-market och högre kvalitet i leveranser.
  • Analysera produktens användning för att identifiera förbättringar och stärka kundvärdet.
  • Stödja teamets utveckling och metodik för kontinuerliga förbättringar.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

  • Minst 5+ års erfarenhet av teknisk produktledning, produktutveckling och kravhantering.
  • En gedigen teknisk förståelse och en stark analytisk förmåga.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta agilt och en god förståelse för användarbehov.
  • En kommunikativ och samarbetsinriktad inställning som bidrar till att skapa delaktighet och engagemang.
  • Förmåga att hantera både strategiska och operativa frågor i en dynamisk miljö.
  • Akademisk utbildning med relevant inriktning, exempelvis ekonomiekandidat eller systemvetare.
  • Behärskar svenska och engelska väl i tal och skrift.

Meriterande kompetenser:

  • Erfarenhet av systemutveckling med höga krav på prestanda, stabilitet och tillgänglighet.
