We are looking for a Product Owner to join our client's team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the product roadmap for branded webstores and marketplaces across EU & APMEA. You will work within the larger Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) Experience organization, collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business owners to ensure that products meet customer needs and align with business goals. The finance product area requires a deep understanding of the order-to-cash flow to design solutions and features that drive sales and commercial growth in the D2C channel. You will report to the Product Manager D2C Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements while understanding their impact on financial flows in the D2C consumer journey.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable epics and user stories.
  • Work closely with development and scrum teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Document the blueprint of developed features and assess their performance, ROI over time.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a D2C or finance-related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Proficiency in Jira for managing product backlogs and sprints.
  • In-depth knowledge of the finance domain in SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and a problem solver.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
