Role summary:
The Digital Trade Marketing Executive's purpose is to strategically manage communication, activation, and engagement for the Company's Swedish trade partners through the Digital Trade portal (OPEN). The role focuses on driving awareness, engagement, and sales, using digital strategies. It involves collaboration across teams, using data insights, and ensuring the optimal functioning of the Digital Trade portal to elevate trade marketing effectiveness and contribute to the company´s overall success in the Swedish market.

Please note that this is a temporary role until May 2026.

Main responsibilities:

  • Creative content creation and review to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Yearly planning of campaigns and educational programs for the B2B and indirect retail channels in Sweden.
  • Sales cycle planning, sprint planning, and strategy preparation, including participation in Open pitch sessions.
  • Effectively convey campaign and activity messages to customers, sales reps, and the commercial organization in a captivating and compelling manner.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, participate in commercial projects, and provide support for Key Account-specific initiatives.
  • Develop and engage customers through CRM activities to enhance customer relationships and support the Field Sales Force (FSF).
  • Budget responsibility and financial follow-up for all trade marketing initiatives.
  • Create activation strategies informed by valuable insights, ensuring a purposeful and impactful approach.

Who you are

  • University degree in marketing, business economics, or similar.
  • 3-5 years of experience from trade marketing, content management, or similar. A background in FMCG and an international environment is a plus.
  • Project management: You can take ownership of projects and drive execution from start to finish.
  • Time management: You have excellent time-management skills and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are proficient and creative in handling digital assets (website copy/images/graphics, promotional materials, banners, etc).
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish is required.
  • You are phenomenal at communicating with multiple collaborators and able to manage opposing views.
  • You present your ideas and campaigns in a clear and understandable way, both verbally and through presentations.
