I denna roll leder du komplexa Affär- & IT transformationer i nära samarbete med våra eller kundens projektledare och verksamhetsutvecklare. Du driver och koordinerar projekt genom hela livscykeln – från behovsanalys och planering till implementering och överlämning. Med din expertis fungerar du som en oberoende rådgivare och säkerställer att kunden når sina affärsmål genom effektiva och hållbara IT-lösningar.

Internt på Midagon blir du en del av ett team av seniora konsulter med bred erfarenhet inom IT-transformationer inom både IT-system, infrastruktur och digital transformation. Teamet har både djup teknisk förståelse och strategisk kompetens samt erfarenhet från olika branscher och teknologi plattformar, där samarbete och kunskapsutbyte är centrala delar av arbetet.

  • Har mångårig konsulterfarenhet
  • Erfarenhet av IT-och verksamhetsrelaterade projekt och förändringsledning
  • Hög förmåga av att leda och driva projekt i olika organisationsnivåer med ansvar för budget och rapportering till styrgrupper
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska

För att trivas hos oss krävs kombination av entusiasm, pragmatism samt ett metodist tillvägagångssätt. Både ledarskaps- och projektledningserfarenhet är avgörande, liksom färdigheter inom förändringsledning.
