We invite you to join our closely-knit, motivated, and fantastic team, taking your place in our team as a Senior Project Manager based in Stockholm, Sweden.

You will be responsible for the delivery of projects supporting our customers when deploying Dassault Systèmes solutions, on time, to budget and with optimum value. This includes management of financial reporting, dependencies across several projects, mitigation of project risks and issues, and status reporting to customers. The initial project at hand focuses on IT operations and IT systems change management; hence, experience in IT management is useful.

Role Description & Responsibilities
  • Monitor progress of tasks and activities in relation to the defined scope, anticipate, communicate and mitigate project risks and issues within a shared governance structure.
  • Stakeholder management and status updates of key milestones, issues, and escalations to senior management.
  • Prepare complete and accurate reporting including financial, internal, and external status reporting.
  • Prepare and submit forecasts for assigned projects.
  • Prepare, communicate, and execute project schedules to fulfill the scope of the project.
  • Foster strong team spirit among project team members and trust-based relationships with the end customer.
  • Drive project activities and resources to guarantee the committed quality, margin, and schedule.
Qualifications
  • Solid experience in a Project Management role implementing information systems (PLM, ERP, MES) at the enterprise level.
  • Experience in aligning project work with Agile principles such as SAFe, LeSS, or other Agile deployment methodologies.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and expectation management skills by effectively conveying information tailored to different audiences, including customer executives, business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, and end users.
  • Capable of managing difficult situations and not afraid of being challenged.
  • Experience working with teams from different countries and with offshore resources and teams.
  • IT operational, change management, and leadership experience with knowledge and experience of IT global services provision and processes.
  • Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE 2, or similar are considered an asset.
  • Swedish language skills are considered a big asset; fluent English skills are a critical requirement.
