As Project Manager, you will work closely with consultants across the Nordics and UK, ensuring project deliverables and plans are up to date, and projects are on track.
You will be part of a growing international organisation and have close cooperation both internally and with our customers who are some of the largest and most well-known brands from different industries in the Nordics and the UK with one thing in common; they want growth as well as streamlined and simplified workflows through IT solutions.
Your primary areas of work and responsibility will be:
- To ensure the delivery of high-quality customer projects in close collaboration with the consultants.
- To secure planning and follow-up on deliverables and finances.
- To lead and support our consultants in day-to-day project management.
- To ensure internal alignment across our consultancy and IT division.
- Ongoing communication with our customers to align expectations and reach project milestones.
We expect that you have at least 3 years of experience within project management of IT system implementations, and a track record of delivering projects at the agreed time, within budget and scope, to provide real business value for the customer. Making a difference is important to you and you lead the way through strong communication, project management, and coordination skills.
To succeed in the job, you must have a very structured way of working, focus on high quality, and enjoy the challenges of managing day-to-day IT projects. You are a natural role model regarding following processes and procedures but at the same time, you can adjust and have a pragmatic approach when necessary.
We would like you to:
- Have experience as a project manager with system implementation for new customers and upgrades to native cloud.
- Have experience working with project teams across borders.
- Be fluent in Swedish, along with a high level of proficiency in English.
- Be used to working with Microsoft Office and Teams, preferably also experience with Jira.
- Have a certification within project management but this is not a prerequisite.

The position is based at our office in Sweden.
The salary level is agreed based on your qualifications and competences. In addition, we offer health insurance, pension scheme, lunch scheme, and paid mobile phone and internet. We prioritise having various social events and gather once or twice a year with all employees across countries.
