Vi söker en produktfokuserad Delivery Lead eller en leveransfokuserad Product Owner för Bflow Systems. Din passion är att leverera så mycket kundvärde så snabbt och effektivt som möjligt. Du kommer att vara nyckelperson i planering och utveckling av Bflow, samt säkerställa smidigt och kreativt samarbete inom ett tvär-funktionellt litet internationellt team.

Dina ansvarsområden

  1. Du underhåller och prioriterar produktbackloggen tillsammans med produktägare/branschexperter/utvecklare/UX. Du säkerställer såklart att backloggen alltid är uppdaterad, tydlig och reflekterar organisationens prioritering.
  2. Du planerar och faciliterar sprintplaneringsmöten, backlog refinement och retrospektiv för att både säkerställa att vi bygger rätt sak för kunden, att vi bygger mjukvaran på rätt sätt och att vi fungerar som team.
  3. Du samarbetar med utvecklingsteamet för att skapa en realistisk sprintplan och säkerställa att teamet har rätt förutsättningar att leverera. Du säkerställer att utvecklarna vet vad de ska göra, och att arbetsbelastningen är jämn över teamet.
  4. Du leder dagliga stand-ups med teamet och övervakar iterativt sprintframsteg för att identifiera eventuella hinder eller behov av justeringar.
  5. Du håller dig ajour kring moderna arbetssätt och utbildar teamet när det behövs för att säkerställa att vi alltid arbetar effektivt.
  6. Du arbetar nära CTO och Head of Product och fungerar som en brygga mellan affär, teknik, branschexpertis. Du stöttar CTO och Head of Product i framtagande av produktroadmap, produktstrategi och långsiktig planering.

Vad vi söker hos dig

  1. Du är en erfaren produktägare, delivery lead, eller tech lead med dokumenterade resultat från snabbväxande miljöer.
  2. Du har en genuin passion för att ständigt förbättra kundvärden, utvecklingsprocesser, verktyg, teamkänsla.
  3. Du har en mycket god förmåga att hantera och prioritera en backlog baserat på affärsvärde och kundbehov.
  4. Du har en stark kommunikationsförmåga och god vana av att samarbeta med både tekniska och icke-tekniska team.
  5. Du är mycket lösningsorienterad och proaktiv – du gillar att identifiera och lösa problem innan de blir hinder.

Minimikvalifikationer:

  1. Minst 3 års erfarenhet av att framgångsrikt arbeta tvärfunktionellt med utvecklingsteam, UX/UI, affärsutveckling, ledning och andra intressenter.
  2. Erfarenhet av verktyg som Jira, Confluence, Slack.
  3. Du pratar och skriver flytande på både engelska och svenska.

Meriterande kvalifikationer:

  1. Magisterexamen inom ett teknik- eller affärsrelaterat område.
  2. Minst 2 års erfarenhet av att framgångsrikt ta tekniska produkter från koncept till lansering.
  3. Minst 5 års erfarenhet av att arbeta tvärfunktionellt i en internationell miljö, samt erfarenhet av att definiera KPI:er/mätvärden, analysera resultat, generera insikter och kommunicera resultat till organisationen.
  4. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med -eller bygga -ekonomisystem, såsom exempelvis Fortnox, Kleer, Visma.
