We are Elaway We exist to accelerate the green transition in Europe, from fossil fuels to electricity. We do so by making the installation and operation of charging facilities for housing communities easy.
Elaway Sweden started off in the beginning of 2022 and has been on a massive growth journey with the goal of electrifying Sweden. With three locations in Sweden, we have high ambitions for our path forward and want our employees to grow at the same pace as the company.

We need your help
The share of EV cars is increasing rapidly and so is the need to make charging more accessible. Therefore, we are looking for a new team member to join our active sales team as a Sales Development Representative Team Lead to support us in generating leads and building a solid sales funnel as well as to lead our SDR team.
This is your role
You are part of our active sales team and work actively together with the team to build a strong sales funnel. You'll actively reach out to new clients, follow up on leads, and expand your knowledge of sales and charging stations every day. In addition, you will lead and mentor our SDR team, tracking their progress, coaching them to reach their goals, and ensuring strong team performance.
Your role consists of two parts - leading the SDR team while still working operationally as an SDR. You will be identifying new business opportunities, setting up meetings with potential clients, and balancing your own targets with the needs of the team. By leading and empowering the SDR team, you'll help us find future customers, strengthen our sales efforts, and contribute to Elaway's growth journey. And of course, we also provide you with the opportunity to grow within the role and within Elaway.
Who are you
We believe you have at least 1–2 years of experience in sales, particularly in phone-based sales from previous SDR roles. While prior leadership experience isn't required, a proactive mindset toward growth and leadership development is essential. You love selling and meeting new people, spotting sales opportunities wherever you go while bringing the right energy to the table. You are eager to learn, target-oriented, and always ready to take on new challenges.
In terms of languages, you need to be fluent in English and Swedish (verbal and written) – additional languages and cross-cultural experience are a plus. If you have previous experience in CRM systems that would be an extra perk.
