Vi finns på flertalet orter runtom i Sverige. Till vårt expansiva Stockholmskontor söker vi nu en Business Manager med fokus på nykundsförsäljning.
Arbetsuppgifter:- Identifiera och förvärva nya kunder, främst inom bank, finans och försäkring.
- Sköta kontakt med konsulter och partners för att hjälpa dessa hitta uppdrag.
- Göra urval av konsulter och presentera dessa för kunder.
- Förhandla om avtalsfrågor som exempelvis arvoden och priser.
- Samarbeta nära dina kollegor i Stockholm men också runtom i landet.
- Minst 3 års erfarenhet av nykundsförsäljning inom bemannings- eller konsultbranschen.
- Erfarenhet av att tillsätta konsulter- eller genomföra rekryteringar inom IT.
- Relevant högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom exempelvis ekonomi, HR eller systemvetenskap.
- Erfarenhet av arbete med kunder inom bank, finans och försäkring.
- Talar och skriver flytande på svenska och engelska.
- Drivkraft inom försäljning och att hitta nya affärsmöjligheter.
- Förmåga att själv lägga upp ditt arbete, prioritera rätt och planera din tid.
- Social och kommunikativ förmåga.
- Kunna arbeta i högt tempo.
