Digital Futures är Sveriges största forskningssatsning inom digital transformation och växlar nu upp ytterligare genom nya satsningar inom AI och digitalisering. Det tvärvetenskapliga forskningscentrumet har adresserat stora samhällsutmaningar inom digital transformation sedan 2020. Med fokus på områden som smart samhällsbyggnad, digitaliserad industri, hälsa och utbildning, har över 170 projekt finansierats som engagerat ca 250 forskargrupper. Centret har idag elva partners inom akademi, näringsliv och offentlig sektor som driver gemensamma forskningsprojekt kopplade till AI, cybersäkerhet och big data. Nu går centret in i en ny fas där verksamheten expanderar för att fortsatt forma forskning och samverkan för en hållbar digital framtid. Digital Futures leds av föreståndaren professor Karl H. Johansson. Ni kommer arbeta tillsammans och i den här rollen kommer du i hög utsträckning sitta i Digital Futures lokaler på Campus Valhallavägen.

Som Executive Director ansvarar du för att koordinera och utveckla Digital Futures verksamhet i nära samarbete med föreståndaren. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter inkluderar:

  • Underhålla och vidareutveckla samarbetet med Digital Futures partners och nätverk internt och externt inom akademi, näringsliv och offentlig sektor.
  • Samordna och arbetsleda Digital Futures administrativa team och koordinera arbetet i kommittéer, arbetsgrupper och styrgrupper, samt ansvara för administrationen kring dessa.
  • Ansvara för strategisk planering, årlig verksamhetsplanering, budgetarbete, processer och uppföljning, liksom utveckling av arbetssätt och struktur.
  • Bidra till handläggning och utveckling av forskningsprogrammet samt organisering av konferenser, seminarier, workshops och andra återkommande aktiviteter.

Minimum Requirements
  • Flera års erfarenhet av arbete som projektledare eller i likvärdig roll.
  • Aktuell erfarenhet av att leda och motivera team.
  • Erfarenhet av projektsamarbeten mellan akademi, näringsliv och offentlig sektor.
  • Erfarenhet av budgetarbete, planering och uppföljning.
  • Uttrycker dig väl på både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift, då det krävs i det dagliga arbetet.
  • Stor vana att arbeta med excel, molnapplikationer samt MS Office.

Du är en strukturerad och kommunikativ person som trivs i en dynamisk miljö och gillar att ha många bollar i luften, ser värdet i att vara på plats och uppskattar att ingen dag är den andra lik.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av att leda team i en matrisorganisation.
  • Erfarenhet av internationellt arbete.
