We thrive on our creative sales and marketing tactics. We're always trying out new ideas, learning from our (many) mistakes, and growing faster because of it.

We are now looking for another Account Executive to help build our revenue machine.

Your new job:

If you've worked in B2B SaaS before (which we kind of expect) you already know what an Account Executive does.

But just in case, here's a reminder:

You will be responsible for the entire new business sales cycle, from prospecting to closing the deal. You'll be talking to Heads of customer success, showing them how our software can make their work easier and more effective:

  • Discover New Opportunities: Seek out businesses that could benefit from our software.
  • Showcase Our Product: Give engaging demos that highlight how awesome our solution is.
  • Build Relationships: Nurture connections with potential customers, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
  • Stay Organised: Keep our CRM updated with your activities and progress.
  • Close Deals: Guide clients through the buying process and finalize agreements.
  • Team Up: Collaborate with our marketing and CS teams to share ideas and feedback.
  • Keep Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and what competitors are doing.
  • Support New Clients: Help new customers transition smoothly to our amazing Customer Success team.
  • Build: Help construct the infrastructure of our go-to-market engine, and come up with creative ideas to amplify our growth.

Like we said, you probably knew the above already, but here's what's different:
- We're quickly adopting AI as part of our product as well as our revenue strategy.
- We believe in strong personal brands and have the resources to help you build yours.

What we seek:

To excel in this role, you are motivated by reaching sales targets as well as taking on the role of a builder and seeing the bigger picture in scaling our business. A few years of sales experience is preferred, but a proactive mindset is what we primarily look at. Your motivation, problem-solving skills, and track record of success make you the ideal candidate.

In addition to sales experience, we also look at:

  • Academic education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Worked in another SaaS or Tech Company, preferably a startup environment
  • Deep understanding of SaaS
  • Fluent in English is a requirement
