We're now hiring a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to the business area Industrial Technique in Sweden – a role where your expertise will contribute to attracting, developing, retaining and rewarding talent.

You'll join our local HR team in Nacka and our aim to drive sustainable growth by enabling our people and organization to reach full potential, in an innovative, inclusive and customer-focused culture.

The role

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you'll navigate complexities and facilitate maintaining a great compensation package and benefits programs. In addition to this, you will also enable smooth global transitions for our employees. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working collaboratively with professionals across the organization. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be responsible for:

  1. Analyze compensation and benefits trends to maintain competitiveness
  2. Support HR and managers on compensation and benefits matters, including benefits, benefit portal, annual salary process, pensions & insurances and position evaluations
  3. Participate in salary surveys and oversee compensation analytics to drive compensation projects.
  4. Coordinate processes like salary and bonus planning and new benefits introduction
  5. Collaborate with various teams to initiate, review, and approve international assignment documentation and financial arrangements.
  6. Provide cost projections and draft assignment-related documents according to company policies
  7. Coordinate with internal and external partners for assignee services like immigration and relocation
  8. Manage assignment processes and reports, ensuring compliance and efficiency

You will report to the People & Culture Manager for Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Sweden.

You possess analytical skills, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Your communication abilities and a proactive, results-focused approach facilitate seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders and with a networking-oriented approach, you establish valuable connections that foster knowledge sharing and innovation.

In addition, you have:

  1. Substantial experience as Compensation & Benefits specialist or equivalent
  2. Experience within International Assignments / Global Mobility; e.g. knowledge of processes and best practices including tax and immigration legislation, along with HR practices and cycle management
  3. Great communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  4. A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or equivalent
