Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden Vitamin Well Full time

At Vitamin Well Group, we create healthier, great-tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our core brands—Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells—are available across the Nordic countries, most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and offices in more than ten countries around the world.

Shape the Future of Compensation & Benefits at Vitamin Well Group

Vitamin Well Group is a fast-growing company in the functional food & beverage industry and as we scale, we are building a modern, global approach to compensation & benefits—and we need you to help create it.

This is a new role, reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, where you will drive the development of compensation structures, benefits programs, and regulatory compliance across multiple markets. A key priority will be leading our work on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, alongside structuring our global benefits landscape and modernising compensation frameworks to support our continued growth.

If you are looking for a role where you can shape something from the ground up, work internationally, and drive meaningful impact, this is your opportunity.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and implement both local and global structure for compensation, benefits, salary structures, and incentives to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations, including leading the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Advise and collaborate with senior leadership, HR teams, and external partners to align C&B across multiple markets.
  • Modernise and digitalise compensation processes, leveraging HRIS, benchmarking tools, and data-driven insights.
  • Lead key initiatives, such as annual salary reviews, global mobility activities, and benefits optimisation, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Who You Are:

There are different ways to succeed in this role. You might be a dedicated C&B specialist, or you could be an HR professional with strong exposure to compensation and benefits, ready to step into a specialist role.

If you have a strong Compensation & Benefits background:

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits.
  • Hands-on experience in job architecture, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and incentive structures in an international setting.

If you come from a broader HR or analytics background with C&B exposure:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years working on compensation & benefits.
  • Strong background in HR analytics, salary benchmarking, or compensation modelling.
  • Experience working in multi-country HR environments, helping structure or implement C&B frameworks.
What You Bring

Regardless of background, success in this role requires:

  • A strategic and hands-on mindset – You can develop long-term C&B strategies while also executing and solving problems as they arise.
  • A data-driven and analytical approach – You make informed decisions using salary data, benchmarking tools, and HR analytics.
  • The ability to build and optimise – You improve processes, digitalise workflows, and ensure C&B frameworks scale with business growth.
  • Strong stakeholder management – You collaborate effectively across teams, influence senior leadership, and navigate complex priorities.
  • Independence and initiative – You thrive in an environment where you take ownership and drive projects forward.
  • Adaptability and resilience – You handle regulatory changes, evolving business needs, and cross-market complexities with confidence.
  • Fluency in English and an office-first mindset – You communicate effectively in an international setting and thrive in a collaborative, in-person environment while managing tasks independently.
Why Join Us?
  • Impact – Build and shape a global C&B function from the ground up.
  • International scope – Work across 40+ markets in a truly global role.
  • Career growth – Lead C&B initiatives in a fast-growing company.
  • Collaborative culture – Join a high-energy, ambitious, and supportive team.
Are you ready to take on this challenge? We review applications on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application date on April 13th 2025.

As every process is unique and so are you, we will ask you to submit a CV and not only apply with your LinkedIn profile.
