Compensation & Benefits is a Group function that is responsible for governing the area of remuneration, HR controlling and HR sustainability reporting, driving group-wide processes and projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and supporting the business with specialist knowledge in the area.

About the role
You will lead and be involved in processes and projects within compensation & benefits. In addition, you will follow research and trends within the field to develop If's compensation programs to suit the needs of the business. You will work in close collaboration with other functions and stakeholders, and are expected to coach, advise, and challenge the business in your area of expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage If's Group annual process for equal pay analysis.
  • Develop and manage the design and administration of If's job architecture.
  • Develop and manage the annual salary process for senior leaders.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to optimize salary structures and to ensure competitive compensation offerings.
  • Analyze compensation data to support decision-making processes.

Who are you?
You are a self-driven person with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can set priorities, develop processes, drive complex projects, and deliver with high quality. We expect you to develop into a trusted partner to the organization as you will work closely with many different stakeholders. The role will cover both operational and strategic work and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You also have:

  • A university degree in business administration or law.
  • Proven experience in compensation & benefits and in project management.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience in job evaluation, preferably Mercer's IPE.
  • Experience in Workday or other HRIS systems.
  • Advanced user in Excel.
  • Experience working at a large company's headquarters is preferred.

Additional facts and the recruitment process

The position is a permanent position located in Stockholm, Helsinki, or Tallinn and will report to the Head of Compensation & Benefits.
