Job Description:

The client requires ongoing support for its CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics and Ungapped to enhance communication and stakeholder tracking across multiple operational branches. A consultant is needed to manage and maintain the system solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the contact person for various departments using the CRM system.
  • Informing, training, and supporting staff in system usage.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks in the CRM system.
  • Configuring, customizing, and developing CRM functionalities with the business.
  • Conducting minor development tasks within the CRM system.
  • Managing CRM data, including imports, exports, cleaning, and merging.
  • Documenting the client's CRM system and advising on its future development.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Competence Level 4 (9–12 years).
  • Specify the consultant's start date availability.
  • Documented expertise in Ungapped or similar marketing tools (e.g., newsletters, invitations, events, registration forms, surveys).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Power Pages.
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintaining (both technically and functionally) CRM systems based on Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in management or development projects within the communication domain.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading development or management projects at a university or higher education institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in vendor management within IT.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading development or management projects within government agencies.

Reference Assignments:

To verify experience, the consultant must provide references from at least two external clients with similar size and complexity projects.

  • Provide details of at least two (2) projects completed in the last seven (7) years with a detailed project description.
  • Include current contact information for the references (company name, contact name, title, email, and phone number).
