Vi söker en Produktägare inom SRE & Infrastruktur till Lendo Group, där du blir en nyckelperson i att säkerställa en stabil, skalbar och effektiv infrastruktur. Rollen innebär att vara länken mellan våra fyra tech-team och vår outsourcingpartner, där ditt huvuduppdrag är att maximera teamens leveransvärde samt definiera och driva målbild och roadmap framåt.

Du arbetar tätt med både interna stakeholders och vår leverantör för att säkerställa att våra drift- och infrastrukturtjänster levereras i linje med våra behov. Genom datadrivna beslut och kontinuerlig uppföljning optimerar du leveransen, driver förbättringar och ser till att rätt prioriteringar görs.

Detta är en ny roll hos Lendo Group, vilket ger dig stor möjlighet att forma processer och arbetssätt. Vi tror att denna öppenhet kommer ge dig en djup förståelse för vår verksamhet och stärka din förmåga att styra roadmap, hantera förbättringar och prioritera rätt åtgärder.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
  1. Ansvara för kontakten med vår leverantör – följa upp leveranser, prioritera åtgärder och hantera eskaleringar samt säkerställa kvalitet i krav och utförande.
  2. Stötta våra interna team – vi har fyra tech-team som får stöd av fyra SRE-konsulter från leverantören. Du säkerställer ett smidigt samarbete.
  3. Stakeholder management & prioritering – balansera olika behov, förstå affärsmål och kontinuerligt prioritera backloggen.
  4. Säkerställa stabilitet & förbättringar – bryta ner initiativ till tydliga krav, arbeta med KPI:er och uppföljning för att driva datadrivna beslut.
  5. Implementera och anpassa lösningar – ta in förbättringar från Maxima och rulla ut dem internt.
  6. Arbeta med molninfrastruktur – vi arbetar i Google Cloud & AWS, och du behöver ha god förståelse för de tekniska aspekterna för att kunna prioritera rätt.

Vi söker en relationsskapande och affärsmässig produktägare med en stark teknisk förståelse för SRE och molninfrastruktur. Du trivs i en bred roll med många kontaktytor där du själv driver och formar ditt arbete.

Minimum Requirements
  1. 3–5 års erfarenhet som produktägare, IT-projektledare eller i en liknande roll inom IT-infrastruktur, drift eller DevOps.
  2. Teknisk förståelse för SRE, molninfrastruktur (Google Cloud, AWS) och outsourcingmodeller.
  3. Erfarenhet av leverantörsstyrning och att arbeta med externa partners för att säkerställa en högkvalitativ leverans.
  4. Kommunikativ och strategisk – du kan översätta tekniska behov till affärsmässiga beslut och hantera många stakeholders.
  5. Självgående och strukturerad – du driver ditt arbete framåt och bygger upp processer i en ny setup.
  6. Erfarenhet av outsourcing och leverantörsstyrning är meriterande.
