Skippo driver Nordens mest älskade navigationsapp och Sveriges största digitala båtmagasin som varje år används av runt en miljon båtåkare. Nu söker vi en extraordinär dataanalytiker/ ingenjör som vill vara med på vår resa att bygga framtidens båtliv.

I Norden är båtlivet ett unikt kulturarv med fler båtar per capita än någon annanstans i världen. Trots en generellt hög digitaliseringsgrad har båtvärlden förblivit traditionell och analog - det vill vi ändra på Vi har ambitiösa planer vad gäller user experience, nya digitala funktioner och tjänster som kan bidra till ett bättre, enklare, säkrare och mer inspirerande båtliv

Till vårt team i Stockholmsöker vi en person vars själ brinner för dataför att bygga upp och utveckla vårt datateam. Att strukturera, bearbeta, analysera och presentera information som ska hjälpa oss att utveckla både nya och befintliga båttjänster och produkter.

I Skippos ecosystem kommer data från en mängd olika källor och inkluderar allt från prenumerationsdata, data om hur appen används, positionsdata, till väder data och information inmatad av användare såsom information om deras båt samt diverse UGC. Som Head of Data kommer du äga allt arbete gällande data på bolaget - från att identifiera och korrelera källor, till att definiera och implementera pipelines samt verktyg för analys och visualisering.Till din support har du ett team av engagerade, problemlösningsorienterade och kunniga kollegor - strateger, utvecklare, produktägare, UX/UI designers, CRM- och marknadsföringsexperter. Vi förväntar att datateamet skall växa med dedikerade experter framöver - där får du leda rekryteringsarbetet med att identifiera behov och hitta rätt kompetenser. Utöver detta kommer du att:

  • Ansvara för insamling, lagring och analys av data som behövs såväl operativt för att drifta våra tjänster samt internt för att fatta faktabaserade beslut i hela organisationen (inom ledningen, produktutveckling, marknadsföring, finans).
  • Proaktivt jobba med produktteamet och utvecklare för att identifiera och analysera data och information för att bättre förstå användarbeteenden och förbättringsmöjligheter.
  • Omsätta den enorma mängd användardata från våra nästan en miljon användare till att skapa slutprodukter och funktioner till användare (t.ex. vilken naturhamn som passar bäst givet olika vindstyrkor/ vindriktningar, väder, båttyp/ storlek, säsong etc.)
  • Löpande övervaka och kvalitétssäkra datakällor.
  • Skapa och underhålla rapporter och dashboards.
  • Visualisera data för internt och externt bruk.
Kvalifikationer:

För att leverera i denna roll behöver du ha ett brinnande intresse för dataanalys. Dessutom tickar du av nästan alla av följande kompetenser/egenskaper:

  • Erfarenhet från miljöer med snabb tillväxt och konsumentinriktning, helst inom app- och/eller mediaprodukter
  • Relevant utbildning och erfarenhet av att arbeta med datainsamling och analys, i synnerhet från B2C och / eller SaaSmiljöer.
  • Erfarenhet av AI/ML eller liknande.
  • Stark analytisk skärpa med förmåga att tolka och identifiera mönster i användardata.
  • Förmåga att omsätta insikter till effektiva handlingsplaner.
  • Förmåga att identifiera mönster och avvikelser i data, testa hypoteser och dra slutsatser.
  • Strukturerad, noggrann och uppmärksam på detaljer.
  • Erfarenhet av att jobba med SQL-databaser och i synnerhet BigQuery.
  • Hands-on erfarenhet av visualiseringsverktyg och i synnerhet Looker Studio.
  • Vi jobbar också med AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, GoogleAnalytics, KafkaStreams och Braze - ju flera av dessa du känner desto bättre.
  • Idé- och initiativrik med förmåga att hålla många projekt i luften samtidigt.
  • Du kommunicerar felfritt på svenska och engelska.
  • Ett intresse för båtlivet och allra helst egen erfarenhet av båtlivet i Norden.
