Till Testons team i Sverige söker vi nu en Account Executive. Teston har en imponerande kundlista, snabb tillväxt och aggressiva expansionsplaner för Sverige och söker någon som vill vara med på tillväxtresan i ett tidigt skede.

Du kommer att få en bred och varierad roll med fokus på att etablera nya kunder och utveckla kundrelationer i Sverige. Du kommer att få leda hela säljprocessen från prospektering och mötesbokning till att demonstrera kundcase och stänga affärer ute hos kunderna. Du kommer även att vara en viktig del i skapandet av företaget på den svenska marknaden, utveckla kommunikation och bygga företagskultur.

Du kommer att vara en del av ett mindre team där man stöttar varandra i alla processer. Det finns utrymme för kreativa processer, fokus ligger på att kontinuerligt få in nya kunder och möjliggöra affärer. I din roll blir du en oerhört viktig del av Testons fortsatta framgång

Vi söker:

Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning inom den digitala sfären och har erfarenhet av prospektering och kalla samtal. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av SaaS-lösningar och att vara en del av ett mindre bolag eller en start-up. Tekniskt intresse är något vi uppmuntrar och som vi garanterar kommer att utvecklas

Vi tror att du som person tycker om att ha flera parallella processer igång samtidigt som du söker efter fler. Du är proaktiv, lösningsorienterad och håller ett högt driv i dina processer. Du håller med om att kunden alltid står i fokus och gör vad som krävs för att ge god service. Du förstår att i ett mindre bolag hjälper man sina kollegor där det behövs, särskilt när man är i en spännande och snabbföränderlig tillväxtresa där ens egna vilja och driv har en stor påverkan.

Grundläggande krav för tjänsten är att du har mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.
