About the Role:

As a Strategy and Market Analyst, you will join our dynamic and fast-paced Commercial team that thrives on collaboration and innovation that focuses on strategy development on behalf of the Group. You will research and analyze global market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior.

Your findings and actionable insights will support strategic decision-making and help drive business growth. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams, gaining insights from various departments.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop market forecasts, predictive models, analytical frameworks and methods as needed to support strategic planning.
  • Gather, analyze and interpret complex datasets on global market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on market analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product development, finance, HR and M&A teams to provide data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated on industry news, trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Support strategy development and investor dialogues with insights.
  • Perform various other duties assigned.

Please note: This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days from our office in Stockholm city. This role can include occasional project-based travel (3 times a year), which would be communicated in advance.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Equivalent of bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, corporate strategy development or a related field.
  • Project management experience from complex projects and/or small to medium sized teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Professional proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously.
