For our HQ in Älvsjö, Stockholm, we are now looking for a proactive and data-driven Marketing Content Analyst to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for analytical insights into the effectiveness of our communication, and will plan, execute, and optimize communication on our external platforms, blending creativity with performance analysis.
The Role
This role is perfect for someone eager to develop personally, contribute to the team, and take on diverse projects—from inventorying event materials to brainstorming and executing large-scale campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and report digital marketing performance (including SEO) to assess KPIs using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics and Linkedin Analytics.
- Identify trends, target audiences and insights to optimize campaign performance and website traffic.
- Initiate and test new channels and/or content to drive user engagement and reach.
- Plan, create and publish digital marketing activities and campaigns, across multiple channels, including social media, websites, printed and digital ads (organic and paid).
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices, integrating them into content planning and communication efforts.
- Drive projects individually and as part of the Marketing team.
The Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Media, Communication, Marketing or another field relevant to the role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience tracking content- and campaign performance, as well as proficiency in SEO.
- Creative approach and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and test theories.
- Fluent or native level English and Swedish (written and spoken). Additional languages such as German, French, or Dutch are a plus.
- Skills in technical writing, or an interest in technical fields is a plus.
- Basic video and image editing skills are a plus.
