Vid Orkla Wound Cares huvudkontori Stockholm, Solna arbetar förutom Orkla Wound Cares egna personal på ca 41 personeräven 200 Orkla-kollegorfrån andraproduktsegment.

Om rollen

Som Regulatory Specialist bidrar du med din spetskompetens inom regulatoriska krav för våra produkter och relevanta marknader. Du tillhör Orkla Wound Cares RAQteam och rapporterar till Head of Regulatory & Quality. Tillsammans med dina kollegor i teametarbetar du med att säkerställa att våra produkter följer applicerbara regelverk.

Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar men är ej begränsade till:

  • Säkerställa regelefterlevnad på marknader inom samt utanför EUför medicintekniska produkter under hela deras livscykel
  • Upprätta och underhålla teknisk dokumentation (på engelska)
  • Riskhantering enligt ISO 14971
  • Registrering av produkter på relevanta marknader
  • Samarbeta med teamet för att hantera kommunikation med myndigheter, notified bodies och svara på förfrågningar, inspektionsförfrågningar och uppföljningsåtgärder
  • Delta i tvärfunktionella projekt med representanter för R&D, marknadsföring, kvalitet och tillverkning för att stödja produktutveckling, stödja regulatoriska processer och säkerställa att regulatoriska krav uppfylls
Vem du är

Rätt kandidat har förmågan att förbereda tydlig regulatorisk dokumentation (t.ex. registreringar, tekniska filer och riskbedömningar), ett starkt öga för detaljer och ett strukturerat tillvägagångssätt. Du är bekväm med att tolka lagstiftningen och ta fram utkast på rationaler inför diskussion och fastställande med kollegor.Din noggrannhet hindrar inte din flexibilitet och effektivitet, och du trivs i en dynamisk miljö. Du arbetar proaktivt och driver dina åtaganden framåt. Du har god kommunikationsförmåga som hjälper dig att främja samarbeten inom ditt team, mellan olika funktioner samt med externa partners och myndigheter.

För att trivas i denna roll bör man kunna utöva självledarskap och vara bekväm med att verka fritt under personligt ansvar.

Kvalifikationer
  • Akademisk examen inom Life Science
  • Gedigen erfarenhet av att arbeta med medicinteknik ur ett regulatoriskt perspektiv
  • God kunskap om relevant lagstiftning avseendemedicintekniska produkter (MDR (EU) 2017/745 mfl), speciellt inom områden såsom:
    • Risk Management
    • Kliniska utvärderingar
    • Post Market Surveillance
  • Kunskap i standarder som: ISO 13485, ISO 14971
  • God vana av att upprätta och underhålla teknisk dokumentation
  • Erfarenhet av att leda och dokumentera Risk Management enligt ISO 14971
  • Det är meriterande om kandidaten har erfarenhet av sterila medicintekniska produkter, biokompabilitet/toxikologi, alternativt Kanada/USA (MDSAP) ur ett regulatoriskt perspektiv
  • Flytande i svenska och engelska, tal och skrift
