Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Galderma, the leading dermatology company in the world, is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of new products and maintaining the existing portfolio in the Nordic region.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs in the field of medicinal products and at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance. A good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry across the Nordic country cluster (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland) is essential.
The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will play a key role in navigating regulatory landscapes and upholding quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing the life cycle of the product portfolio, ensuring accurate texts are included for products in standard reference databases, reviewing and approving labelling and artworks, and providing proactive regulatory advice aligned with business strategies.
Additional responsibilities include contributing to shaping the regulatory environment in the Nordics, establishing and maintaining quality systems, and managing product complaints. The ideal candidate will have a Pharmacist degree or bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science or equivalent by experience, fluency in English and Swedish, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
