Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden FitForMe Full time

Are you excited about the opportunity to grow strategic accounts? Do you have a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with new clients? If you want to play a key role in positioning FitForMe as the market leader in bariatric supplements, we look forward to receiving your application

What is exciting about this role:

As a Product Specialist, your primary responsibility is to increase FitForMe's market share in the Nordic region. You achieve this by maintaining and strengthening strategic accounts while also developing new relationships through customer visits. During these visits, you build and nurture connections with Healthcare Professionals in bariatric.

As our brand ambassador, you represent our products and contribute to our positive image. Your role as a Product Specialist is diverse and offers you significant freedom and flexibility within a fast-growing, international organization, where you collaborate with the Nordic team.

Your day-to-day:

  1. Visit the healthcare professionals (surgeons, doctors, dietitians, nurse specialists, etc.) involved in bariatric surgery in the Nordics to help them understand how the FitForMe products can help their patients live healthy lives after surgery.
  2. You are responsible for your budgets and achieving the set targets and have a strong drive to achieve results.
  3. You are a real connector and get energy from building and maintaining relationships with others you can convince well.
  4. You enjoy working independently and can plan your work yourself.
  5. You have a lot of freedom and autonomy in this job, working hours are flexible. This also means that in this role you will be on the road in the Nordics approximately 75% of the time.
  6. You sometimes work in the evenings or on weekends, and you visit international conferences.

This is what we are looking for:

  1. Customer-focused: you can actively listen and adapt your pitch to cater to the customer's needs.
  2. Persuasiveness: you connect easily with people and know how to influence them toward a desired outcome.
  3. Hands-on mentality: since you will be working in a small team, you'll have to take matters into your own hands.
  4. Flexibility: This role will require you to travel 50-70% of the time, so a 9-to-5 mentality won't work well. You'll have the freedom to plan your work independently, but you'll have to adapt to event schedules and accommodate client visits.
  5. Representing FitForMe: ensure representative representation of our brand, both inside and outside the organization, and always play an exemplary role in this regard;
  6. Work experience: at least 3 years of relevant sales work experience.
  7. Languages: excellent communication skills in Swedish (C2 level/native fluency) and English (B1/advanced). If selected for a phone interview, the recruiter will speak with you in English.
  8. Character Traits: you are honest, open, and transparent; ethical conduct is your priority.
  9. Location: you currently reside in the surrounding area of Stockholm.
  10. Mobility: you have a valid driving license.

You'll score extra points if you have the following:

  1. Language proficiency in Danish or Norwegian.
  2. Affinity with health and nutrition.
  3. Experience with B2B on-site sales.
  4. You enjoy working in a small team.

FitForMe Benefits:

  1. Expense Coverage: You will benefit from a fuel card and a credit card to cover your business expenses.
  2. Top Equipment: You will be provided with a laptop, mobile phone, and tablet.
  3. Open Company Culture: A workplace where employees collaborate, support each other, and communicate openly.
  4. Career Growth: Opportunities to learn, develop skills, and advance in an international, growing company.
  5. Diversity and Inclusion: A commitment to fostering a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture where all perspectives are valued.
  6. Health and Wellness: Benefits that prioritize physical and mental health, such as a wellness program.
  7. Global Presence: The opportunity to work in a globally operating company, offering diverse experiences and insights into different markets.
  8. Fun at Work: Regular company-wide events, parties, and team-building activities that foster positive working relationships. Opportunities to relax and enjoy leisure time with colleagues to boost morale and teamwork.
