We are looking for a senior brand manager glögg and aromatized wines for the Swedish market. The Senior Brand Manager will manage one of Anora's flagship brands Blossa Glögg and will contribute to grow the glögg & aromatized wine portfolio, both in Systembolaget and in retail.

You will report to the Head of Anora Wine Brands Sweden and you will work closely with the Nordic glögg and aromatized team, participating, as market owner, in the strategic brand and portfolio development. You will contribute to the development of glögg and aromatized wines by fostering distribution, consumer communication and portfolio management for this category.

We expect you to be an experienced and collaborative brand manager with a marketing background, a true passion for brands and a proven track record in building brands from excellent planning to activation where knowledge in sales mechanics off trade is a clear advantage.

You will manage the marketing mix execution on the market, e.g. advertising, digital, PR and relationship-marketing agencies for the Swedish market (Systembolaget and retail).

You will be responsible for managing the outsourced retail Key Account Manager and retail sales organization. You will also be responsible for the volume forecasting and budget management.

Educational & work experience background:

  1. Education: degree in Marketing or Business. Min 5 yrs of experience in FMCG industry, experience of working with brands.
  2. Experience from working within a monopoly market and with Systembolaget is a clear advantage.
  3. Strong background in marketing/sales, experience in working with media/PR agencies preferred.
  4. Strong track record on performance delivery and passion for brand building.
  5. Extensive experience working across functional areas.
  6. Performance driven with business analytics skills. Fluency of Microsoft Office tools. & experience of PowerBI is an advantage.
  7. Excellent communication and language skills (written and spoken) in Swedish and English is a requirement.
